Do you know what I am not buying, though? Sweater quantity of aran weight 2-ply 100% wool tweed yarn. You know what else? Sweater quantity of sport weight 2-ply 100% wool yarn in sheepy heather colors. I spent the last few days organizing/assessing my stash and I discovered pretty quickly after tripping over the umpteenth bag of aran tweed I've got those two covered.

Ugh, I know what you mean. I have enough yarn to make about one dozen separate grey sweaters. Silliness!
Oh I can't wait to see what you bought! We didn't make it this year, but will plan ahead for the next one! I'm looking forward to having Owen meet a sheep up close in person! I hope you had a Wonderful time!
Oh my gosh! I don't know if you'll see this post as your last entry was May 1st and it's now almost July, but I just saw the preview of Knitscene. I have been LUSTING after your shades of grey herringbone sweater with the lime green buttons ever since you posted it on Craftster YEARS ago! I always wanted to figure out how to knit it, but never had the time or confidence. I can't wait for the mag to come out so I can have one for myself this fall!
